With Spring just around the corner we’re happy to introduce the second edition of our Cherry Blossom blend! Did you know the iconic, tinfoil wrapped chocolate was once manufactured in Montréal’s Griffintown neighbourhood?! So with Cherry Blossoms on the mind, we've combined the unique flavours of three exceptional, 100% Organic coffees: A washed Colombian for its fresh cherry taste, body and sweetness from a washed Guatemalan and a natural Ethiopian for its vibrant fruitiness. Cherry Blossom emphasizes delicious notes of cherries, chocolate and nougat resulting in an iconic, nostalgic cup!



For this year's blend we selected coffees cultivated by producers who share a deep commitment to sustainability. Through shade-grown farming and a dedicated focus on soil health, the farmers behind this blend demonstrate a strong awareness of sustainability’s importance—especially as coffee farming, their primary source of income, faces increasing risks. Education also plays a vital role in the cooperatives where we sourced these coffees. Farmers gain valuable knowledge on organic practices, market technology, and how to advocate for fair prices for the specialty coffee they produce.
