Our story began in Montreal

We opened our first cafe in 2013 with the mission of offering specialty coffee in a warm and inclusive environment.

During our expansion, we quickly understood that as a company, our central commitment was to our employees. It is with them and thanks to them that everything else is possible.

Why organic?

Because there is no good reason not to be, but above all, because in addition to working in very difficult conditions, coffee workers are exposed to a lot of chemicals to the detriment of their health. Organic farming protects them from contact with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Which also protects the biodiversity of the farm.

From an economic point of view, the organic coffee producer stands out on the world market and can thus sell his coffee more expensively.

For a year now, we have been working with coffee producers who share our passion for regenerative agriculture and who are committed to the development of their community.

We don't want to sell trash!

We are aware that any commercial product includes not only the product sold, but its container. A roaster is therefore a producer of coffee, but also of bags of coffee. This is why it is essential for us to use compostable bags.
