This unique coffee is a testament to the dedication of producer Yinyini Avilez and his family, who work passionately at La Estrella, their farm in Tolima, Colombia. Known in his community for his sustainable practices, Yinyini knows that quality green coffee start with healthy soil. On his farm, there are natural shade trees that reduce erosion and control soil moisture, providing the coffee trees with access to a rich source of nutrients.
We chose a light roast to enhance the vibrant flavour profile of this Tabi coffee and its natural process. Montañas de Colombia offers bright notes of raspberry and orange zest, perfectly balanced by a rich butterscotch sweetness.
